Right Nutrition is what we need.. To prevent Lifestyle diseases.

Lung cancer? hepa? heart diseas? Are you aware of these??? Or, are suffering from one of these?? Well, it's time for you to change your lifestyle..

Do you have enough rest?? Oh!! you should have atleast 6-10 hours of rest. How many glasses of water you are drinking every day ?? 8-11 glasses?? Yes you should drink 8-11 glasses of water. You should also maintain your cleanliness, by taking a bath everyday, brushing your teeth 2 times a day. Vegies?? Fruits?? I know some teenagers don't like vegies, they are all in meats. So guyss!! watch out!! Eat vegies and fruits because they are rich and minerals. Bad vices?? Like cigarettes, alcoholic drinks and beverages ??? Opss!! No!! No!! No!! No!! They are killing you softly.. I swear!! So, If i were you... I would stop those bad vices.

I know, we goals in life. How can you be able to reach them if we are sickly ?? We don't have energy to work ?? Di ba tama?? So, if you have healthy body and hardwork... I'm sure you will have a better future in life..
