We all know that english language is the international language. We need to learn this... Why ?? It's because, we can communicate to foreign peoples and english language is used in business transaction.. Reading books can help you to enhance your speaking ability, it can also widen our vocabulary, and we can travel to other places.. I know some people can't understand english, and they can't even speak and express theirselves in english way..

Right Nutrition is what we need.. To prevent Lifestyle diseases.
Lung cancer? hepa? heart diseas? Are you aware of these??? Or, are suffering from one of these?? Well, it's time for you to change your lifestyle..
Do you have enough rest?? Oh!! you should have atleast 6-10 hours of rest. How many glasses of water you are drinking every day ?? 8-11 glasses?? Yes you should drink 8-11 glasses of water. You should also maintain your cleanliness, by taking a bath everyday, brushing your teeth 2 times a day. Vegies?? Fruits?? I know some teenagers don't like vegies, they are all in meats. So guyss!! watch out!! Eat vegies and fruits because they are rich and minerals. Bad vices?? Like cigarettes, alcoholic drinks and beverages ??? Opss!! No!! No!! No!! No!! They are killing you softly.. I swear!! So, If i were you... I would stop those bad vices.
I know, we goals in life. How can you be able to reach them if we are sickly ?? We don't have energy to work ?? Di ba tama?? So, if you have healthy body and hardwork... I'm sure you will have a better future in life..

My first quarter in TLE IV
My TLE IV is different from the other year. Last year we are focus in discussion but now more on hands on..
I learn a lot about Internet. One of this is the history of Internet. I also met the hackers, crackers, etc... I also learned how to create a blog which came from the word WEBLOG. I learn a lot..
